So I have never had a 9-5 job which has made scheduling meals very difficult. Thankfully I was able to find these meals that take just 15 minutes to make!
Being a parent didn’t make this any easier for me because I have a daughter who is always wanting to eat. Not only that she is very adventurous when it comes to eating. You throw some octopus in front of her and she will at least try it. I, on the other hand…. wouldn’t try that if you paid me. I am horrible when it comes to the kitchen sadly. All growing up it was very simplistic for me.
